Some of you may remember back to May when my dog, Chester, ate carpet fibers, got sick and had to have them surgically removed. To quote Britney Spears (which never happens), “Oops, (he) did it again!” This time, it was a long strand of string that lodged in his intestines, that the kind doctors and interns at the MU Veterinary Hospital in Columbia removed via an operation. I’m not sure as to the origin of the string. The first photo was taken 48 hours into the ordeal last Sunday, the second photo was when I picked him up from MU today. I hope he’s learned his lesson. #ProbablyNot
